Our Training Programs

Private Training 

Training built for every stage.
From youth athletes to collegiate players and adults, our private training delivers personalized coaching, smart programming, and measurable results—designed around your goals and fully coached every session. Sessions are offered as Mach 10 (4x/month) and Mach 10 Pro (8x/month).

Semi-Private Training

With our Mach Unlimited Semi-Private sessions, athletes receive focused instruction, customized programming, and constant feedback—while benefiting from healthy competition and accountability. It’s a high-energy training environment that pushes performance, builds confidence, and keeps athletes motivated without losing individual attention. Sessions are offered at Base Speed (4x/month) and Full Throttle (8x/month).

Group Training

Our Mach Unlimited Group Training sessions are designed for youth all ages and all fitness levels. Offered in structured 12-week training cycles throughout the year, these sessions focus on strength, conditioning, and overall athletic development. Train in a supportive group environment that builds consistency, confidence, and progress—no matter where you’re starting.

Team Training

Our Team Training sessions are built for teams ready to take things to the next level. These sessions develop discipline, competitive edge, and sportsmanship while strengthening team culture and accountability. FAQs

Does my child need to be a “good” athlete to train with you?

Absolutely not—and yes, at the same time. We work with all youth athletes, from those just finding their confidence to those looking to refine and elevate their abilities. Our training meets each athlete where they are, helping build coordination, confidence, and foundational skills while continuing to challenge and develop more advanced athletes. Every athlete deserves the chance to grow, feel capable, and enjoy movement.

How is your training different from sports-specific skill training?

​We don’t focus on drills with a ball or sport-specific techniques. Instead, we teach athletes how to use their bodies effectively—how to move better, generate power, improve coordination, and control their bodies with confidence. By developing these foundational movement skills, athletes are able to perform better in any sport. No cleats. No balls. Just smarter movement for stronger overall sports performance.

Who leads the training sessions?

​​All sessions are led by Rashan Cylar, a NASM CPT-PES-CES certified and All Conference athlete with a passion for developing youth and performance athletes. Rashan personally programs each session with intention, ensuring every athlete is challenged, supported, and consistently progressing. What truly sets him apart is his approach—building confidence while pushing both physical and mental endurance in a way that motivates athletes to believe in themselves and perform at their best.

Where do you train?

Our training takes place in our garage gym and at local fields, depending on the programming and weather. Every environment we use is intentionally chosen, closely supervised, and designed to be safe, structured, and athlete-focused. We believe great training isn’t defined by the space, but by quality coaching, attention to detail, and a supportive atmosphere. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to share that we’ll be adding a new dedicated training space later this year.
