Speed and Agility w/Mobility
Improve your balance, top end speed, acceleration, power and change of direction, with proper technique and mechanics. 1st session is used for baselining the athlete for linear/lateral power and speed.
Sport Performance Training
Train your mental resilience, power, stamina, strength, mobility, and injury prevention for a given sport. Our focus is to identify gaps in the athlete's play and enhance those areas, for increased performance.

the coach
As a certified speed and agility coach and personal trainer, Coach Rashan wants to help the young generation of today understand the value of sports, competition, and how it will prepare them for life. Throughout his athletic career, Coach Rashan has played various sports from soccer, football, basketball, and track & field, just to name a few. His career took off in high school, excelling to #2 in the state of Georgia for track & field and football. Coach Rashan continued to excel in athletics as a student athlete at Alabama A&M University while majoring in Mechanical Engineering. As a part of the Bulldog's football team, he was named All Conference two years in a row and contributed to winning the SWAC Conference Championship in 2006. Coach Rashan is from Stone Mountain, GA and resides in Hoover, AL. He is married to Antonia Cylar and they have two wonderful boys together.
